When you join us, you will be able to train in all of the 3 disciplines that we teach here at Kombat
Martial Arts. This will give you a universal feel for Martial Arts which is a great way to stay in shape
and teach you a multitude of skills for self-defence.
As with our other classes you will see your fitness
and flexibility increase. This is also a fantastic class for anyone wishing to tone up and or lose weight.

No such thing. It’s never too late to start training . Our self-defence programs are designed to cater to everyone. All students are encouraged to train to their own limits and can push as hard as they want.
We run a Women’s only self-defence classes p on a continuous basis. This course is suitable for females of any fitness level. It has been designed to provide an introduction into some basic practical self-defence skills.
