not only teach you self-defence and how to become a bad ass, you will also get your full body workout
and conditioning workout.

WHAT TYPE OF MARTIAL ARTS DO YOU TEACH?

We teach 3 disciplines which are sport Karate & Kick Boxing -Grappling for children/teenagers and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for the Adults. And last but not least Street styled self-defence. All the best parts of Martial Arts under one roof.
