Do I need any experience to start?
Not at all. The vast majority of our members start as complete beginners. Our coaches are used to welcoming first-timers and will look after you from your very first class.
Is the first class really free?
Kids train their first class completely free, with no obligation. It's the best way to meet the coaches, see the gym and find out if it's for them.
What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable workout clothes (a t-shirt and shorts or leggings) and a water bottle are all you need to begin. We'll guide you on any kit once you've decided to join.
What age can children start?
Our Kombat Cobras class is designed for ages 4–7, with Kombat Warriors (8–12) and Kombat Teens (13+) as they grow.
Where are you based?
We're at Unit 4, Clonmel Road Business Park in Stirchley, Birmingham (B30 2BU), with parking on site.
