What we collect, and why

Class bookings and enquiries

When you book a class through this website we ask for your name, phone number and email address, and, if you are booking for a child, the child's first name and age. We use this only to contact you about the class you asked for and to confirm your place.

Booking details are sent to us by email. They are not stored in a database on this website. If you choose to contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone instead, we hold that conversation in the relevant account.

School enquiries

The schools enquiry form opens your own WhatsApp or email app with your message prepared. Nothing is submitted to this website; your message reaches us through the app you send it from.

Technical information

Our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP addresses and pages requested, which is used to keep the site running and secure. When a booking is submitted we briefly use your IP address to limit repeated submissions and block automated abuse.

Lawful basis

We handle booking and enquiry information because it is necessary to respond to your request and to take steps towards providing classes to you. We keep the site secure on the basis of our legitimate interests.

Children

Bookings for children must be made by a parent or guardian. We ask only for a child's first name and age, so we can place them in the right class. Please do not send us more information about a child than we have asked for.

Who else is involved

We use a small number of service providers to run this website:

• Vercel, hosts the website and processes server logs.
• Resend, delivers booking emails to us.
• Hostinger, provides our email service.
• Google Maps, we embed a map showing where the gym is. If you interact with the map, Google may set cookies and receive information about your visit under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own. The embedded Google map may set cookies when loaded, as described above.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and enquiry messages for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of your membership or visit, and then remove them. If you would like your details deleted sooner, just ask.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how we use it, and to ask us to restrict its use. Contact us using the details above and we will respond.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
