This discipline area focuses on striking, using your hands and feet to punch and kick in combat. Not only do we promote the sport aspect of this discipline we also pay attention to the self defence detail.
We concentrate on real life scenarios – in a standing physical altercation – and discovering options to defend yourself if such a situation ever arises.
As a beginner a tracksuit or jogging bottoms, a T-shirt or sweat shirt and a pair of trainers will be suitable.
Lessons will vary each week. They will incorporate a work out, stretching, pad work, technical drills and self defence.
